Private consultations are available to determine if you are a good candidate for our medical services. You will talk directly with one of our Doctors of Acupuncture and Chinese medicine; each is state-licensed, nationally certified, and considered an expert in their field. Consultations are an excellent opportunity to sit together, discuss your case and have your questions answered. Once we understand the specifics of your case, your unique medical history, and your current state of health, we will explore treatment options, strategies, and costs. Consultations are also an opportunity for us to share more about our approach and point of view as it relates to your current health concerns and what we believe it will take to reach your goals.

During your private consultation, we will:
- Answer any questions that you have about our services
- Discuss your symptoms and health concerns
- Discuss the preliminary Diagnosis and how we believe we can help
- Recommend a treatment strategy
- Discuss our expectations and your concerns
- Discuss costs involved based on the amount of care you will need based on the treatment strategy developed
A consultation fee of $45 is required to secure your first appointment. If it is revealed during the consultation, based on the opinion of our providers, that you are not a good candidate for our services, we will refund your consultation fee. Alternatively, if you choose, we will donate it to our “Every Little Bit Helps Program” for the treatment of local veterans who can benefit from our services.

Questions regarding the specifics of your case or treatment plan will be answered thoroughly during your private consultation.
Since we are a medical clinic and not a spa, we are unable to diagnose your medical condition or provide cost estimates over the phone or email without the specifics of your case and medical history.
We do not offer services a la carte. Once we are familiar with the details of your case and your needs, we will recommend a care plan that will be specific to you. Care plans are dependent on the needs of the individual and how we feel we can have the most significant impact.
It is important to us that our services are not cost-prohibitive, and we recognize that cost is an important factor when choosing care. We make an honest effort to have options that fit most budgets; including financing options, membership options, treatment packages, and various discounts that we can discuss during the consultation.
